We offer a variety of cleaning services for your home or business customized for your specific needs. We are sensitive to the fact privacy and confidentiality can be a concern. We understand the need to be courteous efficient and professional. You can count on us to be well equipped and prepared for the job. We move systematically through your home in a timely manner. We often work in a team of two allowing us to spend less time in your home! Be assured workers are professional and respect your home and time in every aspect of the service. We deliver quality cleaning you can count on! Prices starting at $75.00 per hour however most jobs are bid at a flat rate per house.
A 2 hour minimum is $75.00 per hour
We provide a variety of services including:
General Cleans, Detailed Cleans, New Construction, deep cleans, Restaurants, construction, move outs- apartments.
*General Clean:
Appliances (exterior) extra for interior -$50
All surfaces damp cleaned
All counter appliances moved and cleaned
Kitchens / cabinet fronts/ sinks/ stoves
Trash removal
Microwaves In / out
Floors vacuumed /dust mopped/ damp mopped
Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized
Living areas dusted top to bottom
Spot clean door frames and light switches
ASK FOR OUR DETAILED CHECK OFF SHEET.
*Detailed Clean:
Every surface damp cleaned
Vents dusted
Light switches cleaned
Furniture vacuumed
Outside all appliances cleaned and shined
Ceiling fans dusted / wiped
Cabinet fronts damp cleaned
Light fixtures dusted
Base boards dusted
Blinds vacuumed or dusted- damp clean is $15 per set
carpets and rugs vacuumed

We have a check off list to help communicate what you desire to have accomplished as well as an estimated time frame for completion.
Payment is due upon/ or prior to completion of service. We offer Venmo - Pay Pal- online pay- one time cleans will require credit card information prior to cleaning .
House keys can be left for cleaners in an agreed upon area if homeowners are not available. All entry codes are kept confidential
If your home has not been professionally cleaned in 3 months we will need to perform an initial deep clean to prepare it for a maintenance / general cleaning. Initial deep cleans begin at $300 and include our 55 point touch system.
Your service tech will leave a copy of performed tasks at each visit.
Additional services include power washing-$75 per hr
Tile scrubbing with floor orbitor- $75 per hr
Steam cleaning- $ 75 per hr ( ovens, showers, sanitizing hard surface floors)
